Favre Returns: Is Anyone Really Surprised?

Brett Favre returned to the Vikings today, and no one around the league is surprised!  The first reports came out that Steve Hutchinson, Ryan Longwell, and Jared Allen flew down to Mississippi to try to convince Favre to come back.  I don't buy that for one second.  I believe this date was planned by Favre and the Vikings all along, just as I believe it was last year.

Here is why I believe this was all planned...

1) We all know Favre doesn't want to take part in Training Camp.  The Vikings left Mankato last Thursday, and looky looky, Brett Favre comes flying in the very next week when they practice at Winter Park.

2)  Favre comes back almost the exact day he did one year ago, coincidence?  I think not!

3)  Favre will have 4 days to prepare to play in San Francisco on Sunday Night Football, a nationally televised game!  He wasn't going to miss that!

This didn't just fall into place in a few short hours, this was well planned, and a well kept secret again by Favre and the Vikings.
